Features

  1. Flexible rubber matrix impregnated with high‑concentration diamond abrasives. Elastic disc adapts well to curved surfaces and margins for uniform finishing.
  2. Medium grit for removing scratches left by coarse polishers, smoothing surface texture after initial coarse grinding. It is the second step in the full polishing sequence.
  3. Color‑coded design enables fast grit differentiation in dental labs.
  4. Autoclavable up to 135 °C for multiple reuses; replace once diamond abrasive wears down.
  5. Large 26 mm disc surface delivers efficient finishing on occlusal, buccolingual surfaces and crown shoulder margins. Sequential polishing produces glaze‑like surface without glazing furnace.
  6. Balanced cutting power, less risk of chipping compared to hard diamond burs.

Application Range

✅ Suitable for:
  1. Monolithic zirconia crowns and bridges
  2. Lithium disilicate (e‑max), feldspathic porcelain and other all‑ceramic restorations
  3. Smoothing adjusted porcelain surfaces
  4. Surface conditioning of precious and non‑precious metal copings
❌ Not suitable for:

Direct intra‑oral application on natural teeth; composite resin restorations.

Operating Note

Medium grit is used after coarse polishing. Proceed with Fine → Extra‑Fine → Ultra‑Fine for final high‑gloss finish. Do not use medium grit as final polishing step.
